AffLocker is a tool to help you protect your affiliate commissions. This page sets out what it does and does not do, so you know exactly what you are relying on.

1. AffLocker is a tool, not advice

AffLocker is software for affiliates and introducing brokers. It is not financial, investment, trading or tax advice, and nothing in the product or on this site is a recommendation to trade, invest, or use any particular broker. Decisions about your business, your brokers and your channels are yours.

2. No guarantee of commissions or results

AffLocker helps you verify funded accounts and enforce your access rules, but it does not guarantee any level of commissions, revenue, retention or business outcome. What you earn depends on your own efforts, your broker's partner terms, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

3. No guarantee against all fraud

AffLocker is designed to catch common abuse — members who withdraw below your floor, run their balance to zero, or never funded a real account under your link. It reduces this risk substantially, but no tool can detect or prevent every form of fraud or every rule violation. You should still apply your own judgement.

4. Your compliance is your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with your broker's partner or IB agreement, with Telegram's Terms of Service, and with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your business — including any rules on affiliate marketing, financial promotions and data protection in your country. AffLocker does not assume these obligations on your behalf.

5. Trading involves risk

Trading and investing in financial markets carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of the capital involved. This is a general statement for awareness only. AffLocker does not hold funds, does not execute trades, and takes no part in any trading activity by you or your members.

6. Dependence on third-party systems

AffLocker relies on services we do not control — your broker's partner portal and Telegram. These can change their systems or APIs, delay or restrict data, or experience downtime, which may affect syncing, verification or enforcement. We are not liable for interruptions, errors, losses or missed enforcement caused by changes, outages or limitations in these third-party systems, or for any downtime of our own service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AffLocker is not liable for any lost commissions, lost profits, or other losses arising from your use of the service, from third-party system changes or downtime, or from any fraud the tool did not prevent. Your use of AffLocker is at your own discretion and risk, subject to the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
