Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AffLocker collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it plain because your trust matters more than legalese.

1. Who we are

AffLocker ("we", "us") provides software at afflocker.com that helps affiliates protect their commissions on Telegram VIP channels. For questions about your data, contact support@afflocker.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account information — your name and email, and the settings and rules you configure in AffLocker.
  • Broker partner-portal data — data we sync on your behalf from your broker's partner or IB portal, such as your clients' deposits, withdrawals, balances and rebates, so we can verify funded accounts under your link.
  • Telegram member identifiers — the Telegram IDs and usernames of members in the channels you protect, so access can be verified and enforced.
  • Usage and log data — technical information such as IP address, browser type, actions taken in the app, and timestamps, which we use to run and secure the service.

3. Your broker credentials

To sync partner-portal data, you provide your broker partner-portal login. We store these credentials encrypted with AES-256 and use them only to sign in and read your client data on your behalf. We do not use them to move funds, place trades, or do anything beyond reading the partner-portal data needed to run AffLocker, and we never sell or share them.

4. How we use your data

  • to provide the service — verifying funded accounts, enforcing your access rules, and managing timed memberships;
  • to operate, maintain, secure and improve AffLocker;
  • to process your subscription and communicate with you about your account and support requests;
  • to meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Third parties we share data with

We share data only as needed to run the service:

  • Telegram — to read channel membership and to add or remove members according to your rules.
  • Your broker — we connect to your broker's partner portal using your credentials to sync your client data.
  • Whop — our payment processor, which handles your subscription billing. Payment card details are processed by Whop, not stored by us.
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, in which case Google confirms your identity to us.

We may also use trusted infrastructure providers (such as hosting) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and we may disclose data where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal, tax or security obligations.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can disconnect a broker or Telegram channel at any time, and you can request full deletion of your account by emailing support@afflocker.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honour those rights.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, AES-256 encryption of broker credentials, access controls, and regular review of our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

9. Children

AffLocker is for business users aged 18 and over. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International transfers

AffLocker is used by affiliates around the world, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take appropriate steps to protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
